YOU CAN BECOME A NEW CREATION
by: Mark Thompson

Crazy.

Unstructured.

Chicken-with-its-head-cut-off.

These are just a few descriptions of how our life is right now.

I know some of you out there can relate. We are about to have a new addition to our home. He's going to be here July 9th. (Look below for the name we chose for him.)

One of the tasks I'm starting to get ready for our new little one is painting a chest that will go in his room.

I started thinking about the process to get this ready for my new son.

I've already sanded it down to the bare wood. Next, I'll have to clean it off to make sure the new paint will be applied properly. After wiping down and cleaning,

I'll apply a fresh coat of white paint. When that dries, I'll put on another.

Isn't that life?

We're all just old beaten up chests (if we allow ourselves to become that).

After a while, we all need to be refurbished. Recreated.

Those who succeed in life know we need to be re-created from time to time. They stay on top of change. They allow for flexibility when needed. Those who rise above are those who condition and recondition themselves in the areas of their choosing.

Success. Life. Relationships. Jobs. Furniture.

What's your choice?

Here's an idea. Strip down your life. Clean it a bit.
Put on a couple of coats of paint. Polish up you.
What areas of your life can be tuned up?

Physical Life? Take care of yourself.
There’s a chiseled physique and a tone body under there?
